These are the general conditions governing your stay at the Regina Maria B&B:

Reservations will be considered confirmed upon the sending of a deposit equal to 30% of the total to be sent within the day following the reservation.
The deposit must be sent by the following method: Bank Transfer.
Failure to pay the deposit will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. In case of late payment please notify us promptly.
Reservation can be cancelled within 15 days from the established date, in case of cancellation of the reservation after this date, the deposit will not be returned.

 

Any damage or theft to the facility will be charged to the Client and reported to the appropriate authorities.

The balance will be paid upon delivery of the room, by cash or payment card.
